From educational content to large-scale campaigns, I focused on delivering meaningful, consistent, people-first communication.

  • Alaska USA Foundation Annual Report Video - 2022

    Created an annual report video for Alaska USA Foundation prior to the Global Credit Union merger, highlighting shared milestones and leadership messaging. Used motion graphics and employee interviews to visualize community impact and brand continuity.

  • 2023 GlobalCU Foundation Annual Report

    Produced a companion video to the foundation’s written annual report, turning the year’s achievements and community impact into an engaging visual format. Combined motion graphics, animation, and edited footage to create an accessible, story-driven summary for members and employees.

Meet the ITMs – Character Design & Engagement Campaign

Concept Development, Illustration, and Design

To introduce Global Credit Union’s new Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs), I created a series of illustrated characters with unique personalities representing each branch location. The campaign included these adorable graphics, custom bios, and a social media voting prompt encouraging members to “Name the ITMs.” This campaign gave us the opportunity to introduce the ITMs, but also to increase engagement and reach across social media.

Majority of content shared on social media was photography and video, so it was important that announcements stood out, but also remained neutral and friendly to fit our brand. These are some examples of digital illustrations I created for announcements, while being able to change the text for future use.

Finances & Budgets Learning Suite

Concept Development, Illustration, and Design

As part of Global Credit Union’s financial education suite, I developed the visual identity for the Finances & Budgets (FAB) learning program, which was a series of interactive modules for our members to learn from.

Working within Global’s established brand, I created a sub-brand that reflected security, trust, and accessibility. The final logo extended the existing color palette and structure of the Global logo, creating a visual connection between the company brand and the new education product.

I also designed the webpage interface and module layout framework, ensuring a cohesive digital experience so they never felt like they were using a third-party software.

Take Your CU With You Campaign

Concept Development, Icon Design, Campaign Branding

One of my very first projects in 2018 was to design a campaign for the new online and mobile banking app. I created a suite of bold, modern icons with our brand colors, that could either be used collectively to represent the app, or used individually to highlight specific features. The icons represented key functions such as mobile deposit, transfers, 24/7 access, security, and account management.

Execution:
The assets were used across digital and print member touchpoints including social media, email headers, posters, in-branch signage, and interactive cutouts for photo booths during the campaign launch.

CREATIVE EVOLUTION (2018–2025)

Eight years of creative evolution. From local art-driven roots to national corporate storytelling.

2018 - Art-Driven Foundations

Joined Global Credit Union as a Marketing Intern (January–March) and was hired as a Marketing Specialist (April). Supported the organization’s art-based brand culture, producing creative assets for sponsorships including Terrain’s Bazaar, Volume Music Festival, and Lucky You Lounge. Created early video campaigns, managed the coded corporate website using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP, and contributed to cross-department design and storytelling initiatives.

2019 - CMS Conversion & Digital Media

Led the corporate website’s CMS conversion, modernizing site management and multimedia integration. Produced internal training videos and social campaigns while aligning content strategy with analytics and member engagement metrics.

2021 - Visual Brand Refresh

Developed and launched a new double-exposure photography style that transitioned Global’s identity from art-driven to human-centered storytelling. Redesigned environmental graphics and large-scale branch visuals, guided campaign rollouts, and began training and mentoring a new Marketing Creative Coordinator to maintain quality and consistency.

2022 - Merger Transition

Supported the merger between Global Credit Union and Alaska USA Federal Credit Union, maintaining brand trust through clear communication and visual consistency. Mentored new marketing team members, including a newly hired Marketing Specialist, ensuring alignment on tone, voice, and brand systems while balancing a dual-brand workload under new leadership.

2023 - Unified Brand Launch

Directed creative production for the April 2023 unified brand rollout, leading motion design, video production, and digital asset migration. Promoted to Senior Multimedia Designer. Mentored the new Multimedia Designer, providing oversight, feedback, and brand training to sustain high creative standards post-merger.

2024 - Corporate Expansion & Strategic Storytelling

Produced national-level video content and corporate communications for markets in Alaska and Arizona, supporting leadership initiatives and internal storytelling. Partnered across departments to create motion design and strategic visual campaigns aligned with enterprise goals and measurable engagement growth.
